Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. 

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to Bee's Closet, PO Box 11323, Takoma Park, MD 20903. 

Bee's Closet will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so please insure your package.

Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five to ten business days. Bee's Closet reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. 

Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.
